These terms govern your use of PantaList ("the app"), operated by independent developer Moshe Meiseles. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the app

PantaList lets you view and edit spreadsheets from sources that you connect, including Google Sheets, Excel 365 workbooks in OneDrive, and local CSV or Excel files. You are responsible for using the app in compliance with applicable law and with the terms of every third-party service you connect.

Your accounts and content

Your spreadsheets, workbooks, and files remain yours. PantaList does not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for your connected accounts, for having permission to access and edit each file, and for the content and sharing settings of files that you create or modify. See the Privacy Policy for details about data handling.

Beta software

Preview and beta versions may be incomplete, change without notice, and contain defects. Keep independent backups of important information and verify important changes in the original spreadsheet service.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse PantaList, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use it to access data you are not authorized to access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Third-party services

Google, Microsoft, Apple, and other services used with PantaList operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, account decisions, or data practices.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and cloud-provider or network changes may affect app functionality.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PantaList is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the app will meet every need or that files or changes will never be lost. You are responsible for appropriate backups and verification.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of PantaList will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity, arising from or related to use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using PantaList at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the app, its users, service providers, or legal compliance.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when updated terms are published.
