PantaList data deletion
Updated 22 September 2026
PantaList does not create a separate PantaList account and does not keep copies of your spreadsheets or workbooks on PantaList servers. You can still ask us to delete data that PantaList controls and can associate with you.
What to include
- The Google or Microsoft email address you used with PantaList, if relevant.
- Whether you used Android, iPhone, or the web.
- An approximate date when you last used PantaList.
Send the request from the relevant address when possible. We may ask for additional verification before deleting authentication data. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or workbook content.
What PantaList can delete
- PantaList-controlled web authentication sessions and encrypted Google web credentials associated with a verified request. This applies only if you used PantaList with Google Sheets in a browser.
- Support messages and records associated with the request.
- Diagnostic records processed for PantaList by Sentry when they can be identified from the information you provide. This applies only if PantaList sent a crash, error, performance, or user-enabled session-replay diagnostic to Sentry. Workbook content is not included in these reports.
If no matching PantaList-controlled record exists, we will confirm that. PantaList does not send your email address to Sentry. A diagnostic may instead contain a pseudonymous app or device identifier, so an email address alone may not identify a particular event. Unidentified records remain only until Sentry's configured automatic retention period expires.
Data you control elsewhere
A PantaList deletion request does not delete files in Google Drive, OneDrive, or local storage. Delete those files through Google, Microsoft, or your device. To remove data stored only on a device or in a browser, sign out, clear PantaList site data, or uninstall the app.
Timing and retention
We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days and will tell you if more time is needed. PantaList may retain only the minimum information needed to document completion of the request, protect the service, or meet a legal obligation. That information is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Google web sessions also expire after 30 days of inactivity and have a maximum lifetime of 180 days. When the final Google web session is signed out or expires, PantaList revokes and deletes its stored credential. Microsoft browser credentials are stored in the browser rather than on a PantaList server.
